The rules of using theCollectionHub.
These terms form the agreement between you and theCollectionHub when you browse, buy, trade or hold an account on this site.

- You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to hold an account.
- Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, scalping or other misuse.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Market values shown for cards are estimates only, not offers to buy or sell.
- Stock is limited and confirmed at checkout; listings may sell out before payment completes.
- If an item is mispriced or unavailable after payment, we will cancel and refund that line in full.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm payment and dispatch. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Prices and totals are recalculated on our servers at checkout, and postage is added per our shipping page.
4. Delivery, returns and refunds
Dispatch times, rates and tracking are set out on our shipping page. Returns, the 30-day window and the final-sale rule for single cards are set out on our returns page. Both pages form part of these terms. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. Collections, trading and user content
Trade listings and collection entries are created by users. We provide the board as a venue only: we do not broker, escrow, verify or guarantee any trade arranged between collectors, and any exchange is at your own risk. You must not post misleading, counterfeit, unlawful or offensive content, and you grant us a licence to display the content you publish on the site.
7. Intellectual property
Pokémon and all related names, logos and card artwork are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners. theCollectionHub is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK. Site design, text and photography remain our property.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for changes in the market value of any collectible.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place an order. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: support@collectionhub.com.au.
