How we pack
Singles ship in a penny sleeve and top loader, sealed inside a team bag, then a rigid mailer. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Sealed product ships in a fitted carton with void fill so the shrink and corners arrive as they left us.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves the warehouse, and your order page updates with the same details.
Pre-orders
Pre-order lines ship on release day. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we hold and ship together unless you ask us to split it — just reply to your order confirmation.
